Relational Offerings

Cedar Bridges Consulting Cedar Framework, a guide to healing forward.

Ways of Working Together

Working alongside Indigenous Nations, organizations, educational communities, and community leaders.

My approach is wholistic, balancing (un)learning and consulting to support meaningful and sustainable change, grounded in values, intention, and relationship. This work is guided by an intention to support change that positively impacts current and future generations.

Relational Consulting

Walking alongside organizations and communities to grow cultural safety and belonging. Collaboration takes many forms and may include:

  • Indigenous Cultural Safety Reviews & Recommendations
  • Organizational Policy & Practice Review
  • Strategic Planning & Accountability Frameworks
  • Indigenizing & Decolonizing Support

(Un)Learning Workshops & Pathways

Designing and facilitating (un)learning that supports Indigenous cultural safety, belonging, and relationship-building. Visit the Learning page to learn more about the themes and collaborative process that guide this work.

Public Speaking

Offering keynotes and facilitation. Topics include Indigenous cultural safety, Truth & Reconciliation, relational accountability, and storywork.

A Wholistic & Circular Approach

If this work resonates with your organization, I welcome an introductory conversation to learn more about one another and explore what partnership could look like.

Initial conversations are complimentary and focus on building our connection in a relational way.

Have an idea that falls outside the offerings above?

I still welcome a conversation to explore what might be possible together.

Pricing & Accessibility

Every project is unique, and I believe pricing should reflect the specific needs of your team, community, and/or organization.

  • Consulting: Offered as an hourly rate to allow for flexibility as our work evolves.
  • Workshops & Presentations: Offered as a flat-rate based on the session length and the number of participants.

To connect about service pricing, email: jalissaschmidt@cedarbridges.ca.

A Note on Accountability & Accessibility:

I structure my pricing to ensure resources dedicated to Indigenous initiatives are used thoughtfully, supporting the accessibility of (un)learning that is meaningful to and respectful of Indigenous communities.

In decolonizing business, I believe in navigating financial barriers in a relational way that honors the spirit and intention of this work. If finances are a barrier for your organization, please still reach out. I am always open to a conversation about how we can make this important work accessible while honoring the value of the knowledge and labour involved.

As an act of reciprocity, I also offer specialized rates for Indigenous Nations, Indigenous organizations, and community-centered non-profits advancing  Indigenous initiatives.

Where shall we begin?

Share a few details, or offer times for a virtual chat. I’ll respond directly and we’ll begin our conversation together.
