True partnership, cultural safety, and systemic change cannot be achieved through a single workshop or consultation. They require a sustained relational commitment to doing the deep, steady work of shifting how organizations operate in a wholistic way - which is why Cedar Ways was created.
Cedar Ways is a long-term relational consulting model designed to guide leadership teams and organizations through (un)learning dialogues, growing cultural safety, transforming systems and practices, and upholding relational accountability.
Relational Directions
- Foundational Workshops: Establishing a shared foundation of language, systems, power dynamics, and grounding teams in cultural safety that centres Indigenous anti-racism and relational accountability.
- Intentional Deep Dives: Navigating specific experiences, tension points, and/or policies on a monthly basis to support taking meaningful action.
- Reflective Alignment: Reflecting seasonally on relationships with this work, evaluating what is succeeding or stalling, actively responding to feedback, and celebrating successes together.
- Generational Visioning: Facilitating an annual gathering to reflect on structural and cultural shifts, focusing on systemic transformation.
Why Walk Cedar Ways?
- Moves Beyond Compliance. This path is rooted in partnership. We collaborate and co-create pathways together in a relational way.
- Sustained Accountability. Cedar Bridges walks alongside your team, offering support in navigating tensions and complexities of the work.
- Built for Change. By taking a wholistic approach that weaves strategy, education, and operations, change happens in a cohesive rhythm that prevents burnout and creates lasting impacts.
This is a pathway of honouring Call to Action #92.
