Signature Dialogues 2026

A foundational start to the journey.

Building Healing Bridges

A heartfelt sharing of the foundations of Truth and the path to healing. This is a discussion that navigates colonization, intergenerational impacts, and how we meaningfully heal forward with intentional, relational, and tangible approaches.

Decolonizing as Hope

Let's reflect on decolonization. Often, we agree on the ideas, we just don't use the same words.  And, for me, what is the intention of decolonization? Indigenous belonging.

It is about building practices and systems in relationship with Indigenous Peoples that honour Indigenous well-being, knowledges, and cultures.

Decolonizing is the action of changing how we do things and the hope for future partnerships.  This is where we start to move from awareness to meaningful change.

Cultural Humility: Developing Culturally Safe(r) Spaces

Together, we will (un)learn the foundations of creating culturally humble, safe, and inclusive spaces for Indigenous Peoples. Participants will reflect on language, policies, practices, and relational accountability pathways that guide meaningful change. This workshop invites thoughtful dialogue and practical reflection on how to move from intention toward action.

C0-Creating (Un)Learning Pathways

The most impactful learning happens when it is relational and responsive to the unique needs, values, and interests of participants.

In relationship with partners, I develop and facilitate workshop series as (un)learning pathways.

In an initial connection,  we will discuss where your organization is beginning from, what topics may best support your team, and how to ensure the information is relevant, meaningful, and leads to actionable change.

This conversation is then followed by a proposal with a series of workshops that are woven together into wholistic learning that balances the knowledge and tools to move forward in a good way.

This (un)learning pathway approach supports discussing topics in a wholistic way, that honours the interconnectedness of knowledge and the on-going journey of learning.

Potential (Un)Learning Streams:

  • Cultural Safety & Humility
  • Truth & Reconciliation
  • Worldviews, Land, & Story
  • Good Relations & Relational Accountability
  • Embodying Knowledge: Indigenizing & Decolonizing
