A heartfelt sharing of the foundations of Truth and Reconciliation, exploring colonization, the experiences of Indigenous Peoples, and actions of reconciliation that meaningfully support Indigenous communities. Through reflection, dialogue, and practical guidance, participants are encouraged to engage in informed and respectful ways that foster understanding and positive change.

This is a two-part workshop that supports organizations in moving beyond awareness toward meaningful change. The first session introduces decolonization and explores the difference between pursuing decolonizing pathways and focusing on colonial harm management. The second session creates a relational space to reflect on systemic actions that can lead to impactful change within your organization.

Together, we will explore the foundations of creating culturally humble, safe, and inclusive spaces for Indigenous Peoples. Participants will reflect on language, policies, practices, and accountability pathways that support meaningful change. This workshop invites thoughtful dialogue and practical reflection on how to move from intention toward action.
I believe that the most impactful learning happens when the content is responsive to the unique needs, values, and interests of participants. For this reason, I prioritize a collaborative development model rather than pre-designed presentations. (Which is why featured workshops are limited!)
Together, we can co-create a learning experience that honors your organization's specific journey. Custom workshops may explore:
