Consulting

• Organizational Consulting: Partnering in multi-leveled ways to support decolonizing and indigenizing, bringing Indigenous values, knowledges, and ways of being into organizations.  This includes: Policy review, changing organizational systems, and project-specific support.

• Strategic Planning:  Developing commitment and accountability frameworks rooted in meaningful reconciliation, focusing on decolonization for indigenization. 

• Intentional Indigenizing & Decolonizing: A deep-dive partnership to dismantle colonial foundations and build new, inclusive pathways that acknowledge that colonial systems were not built for us.

• Cultural Safety & Humility: Building the foundational capacity to work respectfully with Indigenous people.

This work is embodied and ever-evolving. If your organization has an idea that extends beyond these descriptions, I welcome the conversation. I am happy to collaborate on new projects or, if your needs fall outside my scope, refer you to community members who may be better suited for the work ahead. 

 Every project is unique, and I believe pricing should reflect the specific needs of your team, community, and/or organization. 

• Consulting: Typically structured as an hourly rate to allow for flexibility as our work evolves.
• Workshops & Presentations: Typically offered as a flat-rate based on the session length and the number of participants.

A Note on Accountability & Accessibility: 

I structure my pricing to ensure reconciliation funds are used thoughtfully—supporting learning that is meaningful and respects Indigenous communities.

In decolonizing business, I believe in navigating financial barriers in a relational way that honors the spirit and intention of this work. If finances are a barrier for your organization, please still reach out. I am always open to a conversation about how we can make this important work accessible while honoring the value of the knowledge and practice.
